My goal is always to be a helpful, trusted presence along the way, offering insights I've gathered over the years to guide you gently through the choices for your day. So, before we dive in, let's talk about the commonly asked questions.
We understand that each wedding is unique — no two celebrations are the same. Because of that, we price every wedding, elopement, and portrait session individually, according to what your day truly needs. That said, our full‑service wedding collections begin around $4,000, with the final investment depending on the coverage, location, and customizations you choose.
Once you’ve chosen your date and we’ve settled on a collection, we’ll send over your photography agreement for review. We kindly ask that it be returned within about a week to hold your date. Once we receive your signed contract along with the 50% retainer, your wedding day is officially reserved! The remaining balance is due four weeks before your celebration.
We take a hands-on approach to your wedding day timeline to make sure you have the best natural light for every moment. Working alongside your planner and designer, we create space for portraits, details, and candid moments, with built-in buffers to keep your day smooth and enjoyable. The result is a thoughtful balance of artful direction, styled details, and genuine, emotional moments.
We plan to arrive at least the morning before your wedding—or several days ahead for destination events—to account for travel and get familiar with the locations. This gives us time to scout key spots, start capturing details, and ensure every part of your day is beautifully documented.
You have enough to think about—our detail-oriented approach ensures you’ll have more beautiful images than you could ever imagine. That said, we love when couples share special people, planned moments, or unique details we should keep an eye out for. On your wedding day, please have your rings, dress, shoes, jewelry, and any heirlooms you’d like photographed ready in the bridal suite. We’ll spend the first hour capturing these details along with your final hair and makeup, setting the tone for the rest of your day. Every little piece contributes to the story we’re telling, so nothing gets missed.
